You will only see trade prices once a trade account has been activated. You will need to log into your personal account to reveal trade prices once activated.
Register your details on the trade section of the website. You will be asked to upload your hair extension certificate OR business insurance certificate . We aim to activate the account within 24 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to register.
If a fault occurs you must notify via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the receipt date and within 24 hours of the fault occurring if the product has been fitted/worn. We will advise of next steps once a fault has been reported.
Our distribution warehouse is open 9.30am-5pm Mon-Fri. Our support is open 8.30am-10pm.
We work closely with Royal Mail and offer a UK next day delivery (9am /1pm) service (Mon-Fri), if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri. We also offer a Saturday Delivery service via Royal Mail for orders placed pre 3pm on a Friday. International shipments are sent via DHL and delivery lead times are explained at checkout. Collection from the warehouse is welcome within opening hours. Our next day excludes UK Bank Holidays.
We also offer a same day delivery service within a 10mile radius of WS9 8EX. This delivery can be attempted up until 9pm on the day and orders need to be made pre 5pm.
You can return unused items within 28 days for a full refund of the products returned. Items must be in original packaging and not tampered with. Please note, we do not refund postage costs (carriage either way) and we do not offer exchanges. A refund will be issued.
